At The Essence of E, every product is crafted with intention — vegan, clean, and made to elevate the grooming experience of men with integrity. Because of the nature of personal-care and cosmetic products, our return policy is designed to protect product safety while still honoring our customers with fairness and respect.

1. All Sales Are Final (For Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the personal and cosmetic nature of our beard oils, balms, shampoos, and self-care items, all sales are final once an order is placed.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products for health and safety reasons.

This policy ensures that every customer receives products that are fresh, uncompromised, and untouched.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will correct it immediately.

Please contact us at: epluribus@theeoeshop.com within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

 

Once verified, we will send:

 

  • A replacement item or
  • A store credit equal to the product value

 

No returns are required for damaged products — we aim to honor your time and experience.

3. Lost or Missing Packages

If a package shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

 

  1. Please check with neighbors, family members, or your building office.
  2. Confirm the shipping address used at checkout.
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

 

If none of these resolve the issue, email us and we will assist with filing a claim or providing guidance.

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

4. Refund Exceptions (Rare)

Refunds may only be granted in exceptional circumstances such as:

 

  • Duplicate orders due to system error
  • Verified order cancellation before fulfillment
  • Products unavailable due to inventory error

 

All approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

Because these are cosmetic products, exchanges are not permitted.
